>Product Overview

CZM5 series plastic case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is one of the new type of circuit breaker developed by adopting international advanced design and manufacturing technology. The product has the characteristics of small size, high breaking, short flying arc and anti-vibration, which makes it an ideal product for land and ship use. The rated insulation voltage is 800V (500V for CZM5-63) and is suitable for use in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated current up to 1250A and rated working voltage up to 690V (400V for CZM5-63) and below for distributing electrical energy and protecting lines and power supply equipment from damage caused by overload, short circuit and undervoltage faults. They are also used for infrequent starting, overload, short-circuit and under-voltage protection of motors. In this series, the three-pole products with frame classes from 63 to 630 A are also available with transparent covers so that the customer can observe the internal operation of the product at any time.

The circuit breaker can be mounted vertically (i.e. vertically) or horizontally (i.e. horizontally).

>Model number and meaning

Remarks：

Type A: without overcurrent detonator and with the N pole always connected (not open);

Type B: without overcurrent striker, N-pole operates together with the remaining three poles;

Type C: fitted with an overcurrent decoupler, the N pole operates together with the remaining three poles;

Type D: fitted with an overcurrent derailleur, the N pole is always connected (not open).

Notes:

1、According to the wiring method, there are three types of wiring: wiring in front of the board, wiring behind the board and plug-in type.

2、according to the type of overcurrent decoupler is divided into thermal dynamic electromagnetic (compound) type, electromagnetic (instantaneous) type two.

3、There are two types of accessory devices, with and without accessory devices, and internal and external devices: internal devices include shunt detriggers, undervoltage detriggers, auxiliary contacts and alarm contacts; external devices include rotating handle operating mechanisms and electric operating mechanisms.
