CZM3E series electronic plastic case circuit breaker, suitable for AC 50/60Hz, its rated insulation voltage is 800V, rated operating voltage 400V, rated operating current to 800A circuit for overload, long delay anti-time, short circuit short delay anti-time, short circuit short delay fixed time, short circuit instantaneous, can protect the line and power supply equipment from damage;;

The complete and precise protection characteristics of the circuit breakers improve the reliability of the power supply and avoid unnecessary power outages, and the controllers with communication interfaces can carry out "four remote controls" to meet the requirements of control centres and automation systems.

>Main features

● Selective fit: CZM3E electronic moulded case circuit breakers have a three-stage protection function, using category B circuit breakers and other short-circuit protection devices connected in the same circuit with selective fit under short-circuit conditions;

● With three stages of protection action current and action time selection: the user can adjust the setting of the decoupler according to the load current requirements;

● Self-powered: electronic decouplers are powered by the circuit breaker itself, with the current signal and decoupler working power coming from the current transformer installed in the circuit breaker;

● With "pre-alarm" indication: when the actual operating current flowing through the circuit breaker reaches or exceeds the pre-alarm action current Iro, the "pre-alarm" light-emitting diode on the face cover of the circuit breaker indicates yellow;

● With overload indication; when the load current exceeds the overload long delay action current, the light emitting diode on the face cover of the circuit breaker indicates red;

● High current instantaneous release function: When the circuit breaker is closed or in operation, in case of short circuit high current (>20lnm), the circuit breaker is released directly by the electromagnetic release mechanism;

● The installation is interchangeable: the external dimensions are the same as those of the CZM5 series of moulded case circuit breakers.

Protection:

● The overload long delay action current 1r1 is adjustable from 4 to 10 steps according to the different rated currents of the circuit breaker. 

● Long delayed action time t1 adjustment with 4 steps of adjustment;

● Short-circuit short-delay action current Ir2 adjustment, with 10 steps of adjustment possible;

● Short delay action time t2 adjustment with 4 steps of adjustment;

● Short-circuit instantaneous action current Ir3 adjustment, with 8, 9 or 10 steps of adjustment;

● Pre-alarm action current IrO adjustment, with 7 steps of adjustment possible.

Note: 1. the action time is in accordance with T=(2×Ir1/I)²×t1(1.2Ir1≤I≤Ir2); 2. the action time tolerance is ±20%; 3. the returnable time is not less than 70% of the action time.

With overload long delay inverse time, short circuit short delay inverse time, short circuit short delay fixed time, short circuit instantaneous action and other protection functions, can be set by the user line to form the required protection characteristics; neutral overcurrent protection current, time parameters 100% automatic tracking of the phase line rectification value. The characteristics of the decoupler are shown in the diagram below.
