>Product Overview

CZW1 series universal circuit breakers have rated currents from 200A to 6300A and rated operating voltages of AC 400V/415V, 660/690V, suitable for AC 50/60Hz, mainly used in power distribution networks to distribute electrical energy, protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, under voltage, short circuit, single phase grounding and other faults.

The circuit breakers can be widely used in power stations, factories, mines and modern high-rise buildings, especially in the distribution systems of intelligent buildings.

Products comply with the standards: GB/T 14048.2, IEC 60947-2.

>Normal working conditions

● Ambient air temperature from -5°C to +40°C (certified); average value of 24h not exceeding +35°C. Can also be used at extreme temperatures of 40°C ~ +70°C (special order, L-type, M-type controllers).

● Altitude: ≤ 2000 m. For installation at altitudes between 2000 m and 5000 m, please contact us when ordering, special orders are available.

● Select category: Category B

● Pollution level: Pollution level 3

● The installation position should be vertical, with an inclination of no more than 5 degrees in all directions, and should be installed in an environment free of explosions and conductive dust. No environmental conditions sufficient to corrode metal and destroy insulation.

● Installation level: Class IV for the main circuit of the circuit breaker and the undervoltage release coil, the primary coil of the power transformer, Class III for the auxiliary circuit and the control circuit

● Transport conditions: should be handled lightly, should not be placed upside down and should avoid violent collisions as far as possible

● M-type intelligent decoupler

2M type intelligent decoupler: conventional M type, digital display, three-stage current protection, 4P or 3P+N type with earth protection. 3M type intelligent decoupler: conventional LCD type, three-stage current protection, 4P or 3P+N type with earth protection.

● H-type intelligent decoupler

Type 2H intelligent decoupler: with communication type, digital display, three-stage current protection, 4P or 3P+N type with earth protection. Type 3H intelligent decoupler: with communication + LCD display, three-stage current protection, 4P or 3P+N type with earth protection.

● L-type intelligent decoupler

L-type intelligent decoupler: Dial code type, three-stage current protection protection.
