CJ20 series AC contactors (hereinafter referred to as contactors) are mainly used in circuits with AC 50Hz (or 60Hz), rated operating voltage up to 660V and rated operating current up to 630A, for remote connection and breaking of circuits, and can be combined with appropriate thermal overload relays to protect circuits where operational overload may occur.

Product standards comply with: GB/T 14048.4, IEC 60947-4-1 and GB/T 21518.

>Normal operating conditions and installation conditions

● The ambient air temperature is: -5°C to +40°C, with its average value not exceeding +35°C over a 24-hour period.

● Altitude: no more than 2000m above sea level.

● Atmospheric conditions: relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C; at lower temperatures higher relative humidity may be permitted, e.g. up to 90% at 20°C. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to temperature changes.

● Pollution level: 3.

● Installation category: Class III.

● Installation conditions: inclination of the mounting surface to the vertical surface not greater than ±5°.

● Shock and vibration: The product should be installed and used in a location free from significant shaking, shock and vibration.

● Coil rated control supply voltage Us: AC 50Hz, 24V, 36V, 127V, 220V, 380V;

● Power saving products: JZ type 110V, 220V, J type 220V, 380V.

● Mechanical life: 10 million cycles for CJ20-10, 16, 25, 40, 63, 100, 160, 6 million cycles for CJ20-250, 400, 630.

Ordering Instructions

When ordering, it must be noted that

● Complete model and name of the contactor.

● The rated operating voltage and frequency of the coil or the specification code.

● Auxiliary contact combinations, if not specified, are provided with two normally open and two normally closed for 160A and below, and four normally open and two normally closed for 250A and above.

● Order quantity.
